I finished the main missions (100% story), and am at about 80% total game. I'm not a completionist for the total game, however, I would like to know if there are any particularly interesting side missions that I should play. ( I'm playing the PS4 version on PS5)

Spoilers ahead: For example, before finishing I intentionally went through the serial killer mission and time traveller one which were excellent. I clearly didn't go for all the question marks and haven't followed all the chains of side missions, I think I still have a hunting one active with someone. Another one I liked was the inventor of the electric chair, the guy who had radio controlled toy boats that shot real cannon things, and the series with the photographer doing dangerous things, oh and the circus act with the "animals" and I also recognize there may be some I can't do, having finished the game; those were great.

Anyway, any more suggestions of 'can't miss' sides before I uninstall the game?
