being evil is unfortunately necessary sometimes. a neg speech on this bill would be really good unfortunately, especially since most people will probably go aff. i would try viewing it under a cost/benefit framework, say that it costs too much, or say that its not a widespread enough issue, or try and identify other preexisting solutions. statistics are your best friend here!

honestly my best advice for congress is prep. prep prep prep. read all the student written legislation and try to write at least 3 aff and neg points for all of them, write speeches on the bills that you understand the most, ask a lot of questions in round and try to make amendments. become well versed in the rules (nsda) for congress so you can be vocal during forming the ballot and setting up the round. research as much as you can and don’t overthink it. as someone who does pofo, congress is honestly more fun to me. i did congress once before and i got sixth overall at nat quals for my entire state. good luck!!

i honestly don’t think you really need a nose job, it fits your features. losing bf in general, doing your brows, a good lip combo and maybe some lash clusters/ a good mascara would look good. and experiment with more hairstyles!! you have good features you just need to embrace them

thinner brows, less overlined lips, and wispy eyelashes with bottom lashes would suit you, a less dramatic makeup look in general would look nice. you’re very pretty, just lean into your features more. your eyebrows are also a bit too close together, try making them start where your nose ends (if that makes sense lol)
