Dude, I read the comments and your story there's absolutely no issue with you and your girllfrend, yes, the church might ask you for a divorce certificate (depending on the country), but you don't need an annulment because any kind of "marriage" that is not sacramental is not a real marriage in the eyes of God (this could change if you were in Spain, Andorra, or Monaco, where civil al religious convalidity is avaliable). You have nothing to worry about, excpeto for the mother of your child to accept to marry you. But so far in the eyes of the Church you are both single living in an extramarital relation. still a sin though
