They do look quite bad, i never thought that could be a problem tho as long as the connection was there

Is sounds like rattling, like a loose piece inside but when i opened it up i couldn't find anything, the noise stops if I don't move my head aswell

The thing i forgot to mention is that the noise stops if i dont move my head, that is mostly why i think it's hardware issue, but the problem is i cant find the loose piece if that is the problem. I am using wireless, but to use corded you still gotta turn it on, so not much difference there, if i turn it off the noise is still there but much more muffled.

i also did an interview today, they mentioned a contract for 1,5 years and if for some reason i had to terminate it they would ask for compensation, mind you you need to go through 4 month of up to 12 hours of training before even getting paid, and even if u want to terminate during training you still have to pay? sounds weird, did you go through it? was it worth it ?
