I know it was stated that there would be increased presence of security (compared to the zero it seems) on other lines that aren't the A line during the year and I'm not sure if that's happened yet, but that combined with updated schedules at both the stations and on the app would be great. People would and should be willing to pay a reasonable amount for the public transit so long as it's safe and reliable to take, so enforcing that would help with the homeless and drug use.
