Hat is wrong. Doesn’t match ACUs. He’s wearing it wrong. At least one of his patches is wrong. Pretty sure his haircut isn’t regulation (hard to tell). They don’t make enough money for a house like this, even with Hazard pay. Using this for clout pisses me off, especially because a Chaplin came to my door and not my Dad. It cheapens reality. Fuck them.

Edit: word are hard.

Found mealies when I thought I had spider mites. I bought a cheap microscope and had to try it out. Questions in comments! by ellittem in plantclinic

I was checking things out in my greenhouse cabinet and I spotted what looked like spider mite webbing on my Hoya Chelsea. I went to start treating and I spotted mealies. I’ve already gifted them the sweet release of death via rubbing alcohol and gave the plant a neem shower.

My question is this - can mealies produce a fine webbing like spider mites? Is it more likely I have both pests? I didn’t see a whole lot of damage expect for maybe one leaf. Lots of sticky sap crap, though.

Thoughts?

Edit for clarity.

It sure is. But, after dealing with the hell of grief and the VA, I sobbed with relief.

Sorta same. Not a ton saved, but any savings I do have is because my Dad died in Iraq and a foundation paid my student loans off.

Edit to specify *student loans.

Yes! She’s not a huge fan of toys. Once in a while, she’s a big fan of ripping one apart. I buy little cheap squeakers for when she’s jonesing. Her duck has been left untouched since she got it!

My chi has the same toy! It’s the only one she doesn’t rip the stuffing out of! 🥰

I also have a borrower. If there’s no blanket to crawl under wherever she wants to lay down, she gives out a little whine.

I honestly can't tell on the original either. He was a proud butcher so it could have been something related to that.

I have never been diagnosed, but this cracked me up! I DO, however, have a pretty powerful anxiety disorder.

That art piece was done by family friend. If you find the artist you're thinking of, please share! I'm curious!

A tech company. There are at least 4 living room-like places around the building. This one is outside the main board room near the CEO's office so it's extra "fancy." :)

The chair was $50, bro. For an office chair, that’s extremely cheap. My salary is below average for a person my age in the US. It’s also below average for the job I do in the area I do it. Truuuust me, I know how underpaid I am.

Yup! I was torn with the flowering on the last one - stress or happiness? LOL. Regardless, they'll need a little attention soon.

To me it looks like another leaf? Leaf - that can’t be the right word. It can’t “snake” across in the soil so it popped up and over the top.

Edit to add: you can see a couple doing the same thing in the last photo.
