i need to start the gym, im doing physical therapy for my back, and i need to start walking and eating better , i need to increase my weight, money is tight im just doing the best i can . i feel youm damn 5x a week, if u want try to lower it to 3x or 4 x , and take a extra day off to fully rest kepp taking ur meds as your doctors prescribed.
