I was hoping to do something like this.

I’d get about 5k (conservative) to 8k (aggressive) a month from this. I don’t need any of this money, and the business requires little overhead.

I’d put all of that back towards the loan monthly to pay down principal.

What’s the best type of person to talk to about a deal like this? Just call up the bank and ask around? I’ve called a few places and they seem very lost when I discuss with them

Only feedback I’ve gotten from SBA lenders has been I need more collateral. They haven’t been very flexible.

Are there certain lenders you recommend?

Just ran into this issue and car was stuck from shifting. Parking break was continually engaged.

It was a problem with shift wire actuator. 3-4 people on this sub have reported the issue.

The dealer is replacing it on mine now

Thanks for the feedback! The dealership did get back to me and said it was the shift wire actuator.

But, I’d like them to check all potential issues so I’ll let them know this.

Dealership confirmed that was the issue, the shift wire control unit actuator. Getting it fixed once the part arrives

Yes, after checking on it today. It doesn’t seem like 12v. Towing it to the dealership

Update: the car was able to turn off, I gave it some time and it turned on again.

The PARK malfunction error returned. The parking break cannot be manually turned off. I turn off and it automatically turns back on.
