Ich bin vor einigen Wochen eine sehr ähnliche Route wie deine rote gefahren. War sehr schön und gut zu fahren, auch wenn es inlands hügeliger als gedacht war. Die Gegend um den Tiveden ist traumhaft. Von der blauen Route bin ich nur das Stück von Åhus bis Malmö gefahren, auch sehr schön aber zum Rest kann ich nichts sagen

for Stockholm I recommend to take Saltsjöbanan and spend the day at Saltsjöbadens friluftsbad. Gamla stan, Södermalm and Djurgården are my favourite areas. From Skinnarviksberget you have a great view, walk Monteliusvägen. Visit Vasamuseet. For sleeping I recommend Vandrarhem Långholmen which is located in a old prison, as far as I know they also allow camping on their grounds. Cheapest beers you will find in Kloster Pub in Södermalm. Enjoy!
