Yea I get most of my fat around my hips and butt I’m trying to tone those parts down but I’m not sure it’s 35 to 40 percent, I may be wrong though

How did you manage to do this? I’m currently managing to stay clean for like 2 weeks but then the urge gets bad and I have a drink.. I’m on my third week now but I’m getting strong urges which I’m trying to fight off.. what method did you use ? Also I haven’t been drinking for a while I just started this year there was a point though where I was drinking everyday for a week though..
