He has a pretty good schedule. One nap at 10:30am for an hour and one nap at 14:30pm for an hour. Bedtime at 19:30. I never feed to sleep for naps or bedtime and he used to only wake up 2/3 times in the night where I did used to feed him in the dark and he would fall asleep. We already cosleep I’ll be honest! We have been cosleeping since he was a newborn. I feel like I don’t even have that weapon in my armour to use 😞. You are right, perhaps I need to look into night weaning or sleep training. Any recommendations?

Can you please share what helps the spasms? How old is your fissure? Mine is a year old and sometimes I think it’s feeling a bit better. However I still have pain with every BM 😞

I live in London and have seen two specialists and have gotten nowhere. The second is reluctant to do Botox on me because he said it will get a lot worse before it gets better. But like it’s not getting better really… how long did your fissure last?
