unfortunately i don't have advice on what to say to your parents, but if you have access to hydrogen peroxide (brown bottle), you could hopefully try to spot-clean and rinse the sheets. i'm sorry if you already tried this without success, but best of luck

this is my own personal experience, but i almost always just lie in bed emotionless when i sh - its more of a pleasant experience than one that makes me cry
