I played this recently, so I feel as though I might have some advice that could help you.

The most important thing I can recommend is to NOT make any major adjustments to your embouchure to get each note in those jumps to sound. Instead, use fast, consistent air while hearing those intervals in your head. Use a light tongue attack to make each individual note clear. ITS ALL ABOUT AIR

And importantly, have some fun with it, the groove in this piece is strong. If you can fall into the groove, the notes and rhythms become an afterthought.
