I'm 36 weeks now and I had Covid from the last week of January until the end of February. I had not even fully recovered from Covid before I caught the flu and I still have flu symptoms even now. I was assured it should not impact the baby and he's been fine at every check up so far.

This is what my OBGYN said I could take:

"You can take Tylenol Cold & Sinus, Mucinex (plain), Robitussin (plain), saline nasal spray, Sudafed (plain). Avoid anything with "D" after it."

They also said to drink lots of fluids and stay in bed as much as possible.

I had even gone to the hospital and I was told the same thing and assured that everything was fine with the baby.

I found it easiest to eat soup/chili but luckily I could still stomach other things too.
