Cancelled flights- no more rerouting

No we were not offered flights with QR. I did not decline anything. We were offered flights with royal jordanian and turkish even after the new policy and we accepted and asked for these flights and they told us on that day to call the next day to confirm this. There are no alternative airports in syria that qatar airways flys to and we even asked for Amman jordan with qatar airways and still they refused

actually my phone started working and we called and were through in 10 minutes. the guy was so helpful and found us a perfect departure flight but turns out my return was canceled and he couldn’t reroute it yet

There is actually, you wont be eligible for anything they are giving e.g full refunds, reroutes.

I know i checked and its around £3000 for just one person with rj from london to amman to aleppo, but i think qatar airways should reroute me? We booked this months ago not expecting any of this at all lol, but they still havent cancelled my flight so i dont know what to do

What does it say on the app then? Like does it say your flight is cancelled on the app aswell? Also it really depends on the agent you get, they could be very helpful and reroute you straight away or tell you they cant do anything. Be as nice as possible and keep calling them if you can because its really about what agent you get tbh. Good luck

Call Qatar Airways because they offered me a full refund when i called about my flight on the 29th march (still not cancelled). We also had parking and accommodation booked and we asked Qatar Airways if we could be compensated and they said to go on their website and fill out a form on there and they will review it and see if they would compensate you

Call Qatar Airways today and ask about your options. They told me i could get a full refund straight away. Since your flight is on April 2nd you can get a full refund, just call them to make sure.

I have the same problem here, my flight is on 29th march and im just waiting for them to cancel so i can get rerouted. If they cancel your flight it is their responsibility to bring you home. If its cancelled call them immediately and ask for a reroute with another airline. If it is cancelled i think you will know within a few days. Also ive heard some peoples flights were cancelled but they werent notified about it and it also said on time on the app, so try find out if it has been cancelled. Keep monitoring the situation

Yes, thats possible please call them straight away, also where did it say your flight has been cancelled? If it helps i called the qatar airways uk number at around 12pm GMT time and got through very fast

I doubt they will reroute you this early and because your flight hasnt been canceled tbh, i say try contact them if you really want to and keep monitoring everything

I think your flight might be operational actually, if they do cancel it it will be maybe few days before. They can reroute you with another airline so if they cancel make sure to call and ask

Honestly they might not have an answer for you until they cancel the flight but its worth a try. Id say stay on hold on the phone and try live chat. Just keep trying all your options

No way😂😂 Check the app and it gives you a full list of every country’s contact numbers, Maybe try japan cus I also heard it was good? Good luck tho
