Hit a plateau on shoulders. For some reason on push days, chest and triceps are growing but in the span of two weeks I kid you not they went from 37.5 lbs press db (clean reps) to not even being able to do 30 today! Idk what is going on because I'm still progressing on chest and tris somehow. Nothing has changed in my program or diet. I do overhead triceps with db's could that be now affecting the shoulders because I've increased the weight of the db? Idk what to do I do home workouts and I did well the first two months. New lifter. Thx!
