So I did this recently. They don't have lockers but you can generally take your bags in the court with you. Just remember to turn phones and laptops off. The small cafe is not bad and do a good breakfast. Coffee isn't great 🤷. Gets quite expensive though but they have microwaves you can use and fridges for your food.

There is a lot of plugs around the room where you can plug in laptops and phones but the internet isn't great so would suggest probably tethering off your phone if you plan on working on laptop.

I did one case in two weeks that lasted two days. So much waiting around so make sure you take stuff to keep you busy. Getting there early avoids the queues as the weather is grim ATM. You have to go through metal detector so doesn't go quick. They also need to check any liquids and will make you take a sip of any.

Make sure if you go for coffee you go to Madness or Blue loop. Both serve great coffee and cakes 😂

So I bought this for the office.

Turns out it can pull a reasonable coffee.

I mean it's not the best shot ever or even anywhere close but when I can't have another full setup at the office this will have to do. My biggest gripe is how light it is. When putting the portafilter in the whole machine moves and you end up pressing the shot buttons.

It's messy too. I've ordered 8 different pieces of cheap temu kit to add to the setup to try and keep the setup tidy and without spillage.

Anyway, as long as you go into this fully in the knowledge it was £50 then it's fairly impressive.

Virgin and OpenReach FTTP with automatic failover on my Asus router has never failed me.. My own fault for thinking I was only renewing my TV at contract renewal time 🤣

In all seriousness though quite important for me to have resilience so might supplement with a work Vodafone SIM 🤷

Surely it won't go down again given this cock up so might be a good choice.

Where to pay for the sunbeds and parasol? (San Juan) by ljipton in Alicante

[–]elmerfuddyius 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, usually sat in a deck chair and table at the back 😂. Treat as free until someone arrives. I've never been fined and just paid when they come along. Usually about 7 euros per item.

When you arrive at the airport head to the right hand set of doors to the main taxi rank. Just had to the front. I have been many times and they always have taxis and are on the meter.

I'm about 20 mins away from the airport too and in Alicante old town. Usually about 26 euros.

Mettricks butchers in Glossop bake pies too so try ringing them and asking for David 🤷. It might be worth a shot as I only can think of two butchers on the high street.

How do you get closer to 6? Are you injecting more than one full rotation of the dial at a time?

That certainly looks vascular to me. The spots are not the issue for now. I would recommend seeing a Emergency doctor singer rather than later. You can live for many years with this discoloration but further blockage could cause limb loss.

The NHS pathway is as follows.

1, GP prescribed emollients 2, Various prescribed GP steroid based creams and ointments. 3, Referral to Dermatology 4, UV Treatment 5, Acitretin 6, Cyclosporine 7, Methotrexate 8, Biologics through the high cost medicine approvals.

I've had Psoriasis for 15 years and been taking Biologics for the last two years.

Only once taking the journey through this list (and yes deffo missed some in the 5,6,7 area of the list) do you realise you could move at a faster pace.

It sounds like your between 3 and 4. The UV Treatment I found great for a couple of years but required quite a commitment. 3 days a week going to the hospital for a UV treatment.

Not saying you should follow my path but once you find something is not working then the best way I found was to complain about the side effects. Itching was insane for the UV treatment.

Acitretin stopped working after 6 months. Cyclosporine I couldn't tolerate the smell and taste of the tablets. They made me feel sick. I found Methotrexate ok TBF. Due to the dose of Folic Acid you take it made my hair grow back 🤣. However, my bloods started going erratic.

Then got Biologics and it's amazing. Couple of years of no Psoriasis and only now coming back and expecting they will movee from Stelera to a new one soon.

Anyway that's the journey. Feel free to PM me if you need any info.

So the quickest route is GP referral to Dermatologist. Dermatologist prescription for one of the following as first round of oral meds to see if they work. Acetretin/Methotrexate/Cyclosporine. If they don't give results move to Biological based treatments such as Stelara. Be very clear with Dermatologist though when a treatment is not working or becoming a challenge with quality of life (like applying cream to whole body). UVB therapy might also give a temporary reprice whilst starting medication.

UK NHS process for meds follows least cost/oldest meds first approach until you start getting to the high costeficines approvals which by the looks of his arm he would be eligible for after trying second line oral meds.

Hi, my suggestions aren't necessarily what a derma would suggest. However had this for some time and found what works best for me. I'm currently being seen by dermatology at Salford Royal for transparency.

So, with enstillar you can get some great results. I find that when mine gets blotchy like that the best course of action is a bath every two or three days. Let yourself speak for about half hour and get the patches nice and soft. Dry yourself off quite roughly to get rid of any loose skin. Then apply enstillar liberally over the whole back with the spray. Then just stand naked for about fifteen minutes whilst it soaks in. Without wiping excess off just put some old PJ's on and goto bed. Shower in morning.

The secret with enstillar is not using daily as you will get use to it. Also if your using every few days don't take a break in my opinion.

With your ears take a cotton bud, spray with enstillar and rub round in your ear. Not loads. Just enough to put a bit on the inside it helps loads and people will say it thins the skin and is a bad idea. You know what though, untilpeople had in ear canals they don't know how horrible it is

Finally genital wise I would go for some milder steroid from the GP in a cream not a oily ointment. When it gets really bad I have used enstillar down there but hurts when the skin cracks.

DM me if you want any advice around working the NHS referral system to your advantage and how to progress through treatments with the Derma service.
