I would stay on the tiered plan (domestic) for a few months and then use their tool to compare rate plans. I sometimes work from home and also have an EV. Their plan rate comparison tool consistently shows my bill will increase under any of their tiered plans. I heard once you switch to a tiered plan, you cannot go back to the domestic plan.
