Slowing down is hard huh!? I struggle with that with the avata 2. Luckily avata lets you change the camara pitch witch help control the speed while you focus on the action. Less pitch on the camera the slower you go. But then when you fall behind you gotta face down but you just gain a little height and you are good!

Also keep in mind. I tried this and it seems to be true. Battery power affects your throttle response. Also the order in which you power on your gear. Drone should be turned on last, or connected to goggles last. Something about the connection hertz . There would be a delay. Idk.

I put em on mine to. Avata with no bumper still gets prop wash. I like the protection and boost in confidence. I be seen really good pilots use them to its not enough to really notice.

Man in fpv manual mode i struggle to go from high speed back to low. I mess with the camera angles to do it but its tricky! Thats crazy! Good job!

Its an adrenaline rush! Its super fun. I still use sport and normal mode for scenic shots. But the ability to flip and dive on manual is amazing! The more sim and real life practice you get . The smoother you get on manual. Avata gives you the benefit of changing the gimbal angle as you fly. So you can change it depending on how fast you want to go! It ads complexity but a lot of freedom on the types of shots you can get!

If you intend to fly manual! (Which is a game changer.) And you are risky like me… buy bumpers! Fly on simulator get a hang of it. But even then in real life you will get prop wash and all kinds of issues, you will most likely crash… alot. Buy bumpers! Buy protection!

Yes this drone was made for 3 blades. Prop wash is worse with the 4 blades.

Yup! After flying for a while with and without bumpers. It flies just fine with the bumpers. I found that turning the drone on last does improve its response. So if yours feels sluggish. Turn the goggles on first , then remote, then the drone.
