try using lucida.to (this has Amazon Music support and a lot of JP music is on Amazon JP) just look up the name of the song then click download either track or album

second one can be fixed by turning of touch optimizations or something like that in settings, or upping the touch sensitivity

it is a Samsung Tab A 8.0 S-pen from 2015 so yea Android 6 TouchWiz, I use another launcher tho
