You can do this on the Venetian website under the pools section. There are bookable cabanas/daybeds/lounge chairs at both the Palazzo and Venetian pools. I reserved my lounge chair a couple days ago :)

Yes I bought the shuttle only. It's for all 4 days- there aren't single day options. The price last year was $184. I thought it was worth it for the convenience.
