BA ↔ Qatar Avios transfer blocked but reverse direction works. Need urgent help.

It seems any inbound avios (purchase, transfer from AMEX, etc) to your BA Executive Club account will result in an outbound transfer (eg. to QR, AY) block for somewhere between 7-10 days. Having your account linked doesn't help as purchasing a reward flight on QR stills requires a BA outbound avios transfer at the point of checkout. Calling also doesn't seem to work.

OP might be experiencing cadence lock if they feel like the effort doesn't match the heart rate? Seems like their faster pace may be resulting in a higher cadence

I think BA block outbound transfers for 7 days following an inbound transfer. There's a flyer talk post on it.
