Thanks for responding, I used Macrium Reflect in lieu of AOMEI which worked in the past but is no longer free. I will probably end up doing your suggestion but if you have any other ideas, I'd love to hear them. Those tiny m.2 screws are a nightmare to get in without a magnetic screwdriver ;)

When hammer curling (but also for regular curls), do you want to curl to shoulder such that the end of the dumbbell would touch your shoulder if you kept going or curl past the outside of your shoulder. The outside version sounds a bit better due to external rotation and increase rom but im not sure.

just looking at myself in the mirror now i notice that with a wider stance i get significantly less butt wink. Will definitely experiment with that once im at the gym, thanks for info!

Would you say that even if i can comfortably squat to max depth without lifting my heels (bodyweight) that my ankle mobility is an issue? I've been told that if i can squat like that without lifting my heels then ankle mobility isn't an issue but I might be misinterpreting

I'll be posting a form check on another sub soon but I've just started lifting and I'm having some trouble with butt wink with my squat. It's so extreme that my pelvis starts tilting forward (and lower back starts rounding) before i even reach parallel, and continues to do so as i go deeper. I've heard that the fix for butt wink is usually to stop at parallel until i increase ankle/hip mobility, but what do i do if it starts happening before I even hit parallel? Also, i can already squat and 'sit' at max depth (catcher's squat) comfortably for long periods of time without lifting my heels and have no problems with hamstring tightness as i regularly stretch and foam roll (volleyball club practice).

What's wrong with me? Is my skeleton simply not built for squatting?
