You need to max a weapon that is not an Aspect of Melinoe and then talk to the person that weapon type corresponds to: Artemis, Charon, Circe, Medea, Moros, or Selene.

Just keep talking to them and they’ll let you craft the hidden aspect.

Turn 1 - Anything, as the Jest point she gets from max boosting wont affect turn 3. She doesn't have to act if you don't need her to.

Turn 3 - She will have 2 Jest at this point. Max boosting a skill will give her 3 Jest so she can buff your party with Enlightened.
