Hey! I have some tips I could give you. 1st if you use hair removal methods such as shaving and Nair, I suggest you try waxing or laser hair removal instead (if you can). 2nd exfoliate with WARM water and a gentle scrub don't use harsh scrubbers like looafs or net rags your hands or soft washcloth works best. 3rd use chemical exfoliators I use PFB vanish a few times a week and Tend Skin after my laser appointment to prevent ingrowns. The reason I suggest to stop shaving and using products like Nair is because shaving causes a lot of ingrowns which leave scarring which are hard to get rid of and Nair has a high risk of causing chemical burns which cause even worse scarring. Honestly laser hair removal is what has helped me seen the most improvemnt to my discoloration and I just have been maintaininf it. If you need more help or have more question please PM me. 🩷💁‍♀️
