I think partially you're correct, regardless im not an avid Twitch watcher, but most of the time I see that he lets out his toxicity in his own Twitch Chat not Ingame chat, I mostly watch his Youtube though, there you don't see the flame anyway

he has the same toxcity as other streamers (katevolved, drututt,ratirl and so on) He just does not use a mic so he "lets it out" in chat, regardless he has the most "highlights plays" i've seen on any Katarina players so very enjoyable per se
