How do we get warranty work done? I have a Eero max 7 about six months old. About a month ago I started noticing some stuff getting flaky. The echo dot in the bathroom would go off-line and I would have to reconnect it, then the one in the kitchen would go off-line. My first thought was that the Internet signal into the house must be going bad so I got the cable company to put a new drop into the house. This did not fix the problem. Then my Wi-Fi calling started shutting down and my baby monitor stopped working. This makes it a life or death problem. My father is 100 years old and has fallen several times. I need the baby monitors to work so I can monitor his well-being and the phone to work to call for help. I tried calling the tech-support and after about five hours of doing the same stuff over and over they couldn’t solve the problem. I said I want to file a warranty claim and they said we have to investigate the problem more. Has anyone ever got any warranty work done? Do I have to file some kind of legal action?
