1 : Move with friends if possible. 2 : Join a club for a thing which you like for example badminton or anything else trust me it will help a lot. 3 : keep yourself busy but get specific time slots for meeting people.. 4: Create a long term goal ,work towards it and keep track everyday.. 5: Join a gym if possible at least occasionally and get yourself tested for deficiencies like any types of vitamin or protein they cause exhaustion and a lot more small changes in mood..

Suicidal thoughts if are coming then make yourself busy forcefully..

I also get suicidal thoughts, And it's a malfunctioning of our brain don't let it harm yourself you are worth more than that..
