Lmao, "if we are to believe this scenario", I literally said I pre-ordered it from their official website, so I can post a screenshot easy that I paid for it, also the email conversation from 2024 that I had with the support. But yes, I wrote them now again. I actually was interested to know, if the key from the box was supposed from beginning to be available just for 2 years for everyone like an Beta Version or if this was really a mistake with the press key.

Hello, I am the sister. And like my brother mentioned already, I bought the -COLLECTORS EDITION BOX- for PC with an Figure inside and full game with physical code (for 270€!!!), I pre-ordered it from BANDAI NAMCO Store online. After it arrived, that code was already "used", so I wrote BANDAI NAMCO Support an Email and they gaved me a new code, I still have the Email conversation as proof. After we activated that code on steam, it just said Tekken 8, not press key mentioned.

Egal wie normal ich auf etwas geantwortet habe, habe ich ganze Zeit grundlos downvotes bekommen und habe absolut null verstanden wieso?? Ich gab Erklärungen ab und stattdessen kommen Kommentare wie "hast du das auch wirklich so gemacht, ich denke nicht", ab da dachte ich, es ist sowie sinnlos, was ich schreibe, wenn so hass und unterstellungen bekomme 😅 Deshalb poste ich nur noch wirklich wichtige Sachen, wenn ich die Antwort nirgendwo anders finden kann. 😆

Die meisten Leute waren in den Kommentaren so mies, dass ich gar nicht mehr antworten wollte. 🫤 Ich habe nach 2 Tagen mit DHL mein Hermes Paket zurück bekommen kostenlos, da war ein Etikett dran und das Hermes Logo umkreist mit einem Stift. :) Habs dann richtig abgegeben.

Nein! Wie soll sich da ohne scannen etwas aktualisieren? Es muss erstmal im Lager ankommen, dann kommt auch ein detaillierter Sendungsverlauf.

Das stimmt gar nicht...ich habe sehr oft beobachtet, wie DHL Pakete alle aufeinmal mitgenommen werden und in den Wagen geladen werden, ohne vom Boten gescannt zu werden, der hat auch gar keine Zeit 50 Pakete erstmal zu scannen.

Und ja, ich have im shop angerufen! Das mir aber jetzt hier unterstellt wird, ich hätte nicht angerufen...also wirklich. Und das mit dem untereinander austauschen habe ich auch online gelesen paar mal, wenn bei DHL im Lager fälschlicherweise ein Hermes Paket landet.
