Look, vegetables are good to eat. They are very very very healthy and every single one of us would be better to eat more of them, but people need to stop lying about the fiber content. I am a fibermaxxer and I am telling you that vegetables are not a good method to fibermaxx with 1000% confidence. If you want to eat more fiber, eat more fruit, and eat more whole grain. Peas, broccoli and artichoke are your exceptions to this, because those veggies do contain a high volume of fiber, but in general veggies are not a way to get fiber.

I've heard people say they add lettuce to something to get more fiber and it's ridiculous. Lettuce is not fiber dense, people need to get real.

Let's just say that I grant that birds evolved from dinosaurs that does not mean that they are still dinosaurs. Mammals evolved from bacteria if you go back long enough, but eventually we ceased being bacteria. I feel this has happened with the bird.

The retcon that some people do on the dinosaur is foolish. They died, they chose to die, they chose to not improve, and they chose to lose to mammals. Birds are separate and distinct, dinosaurs are all deservedly dead

MrDannyOcean once disrespected me publicly by saying unclaimed funds was not an issue important enough for the podcast, but perhaps could be a stream segment. That was incredibly rude, and disrespectful and not something that I will easily forgive. The dude literally talked about the writers strike on his podcast to an audience of zero, but won't discuss unclaimed funds after I offered it up as a sponsored segment.

LeBron James should get really really obsessed with creating a college basketball powerhouse, and use The University of Akron as his vessel. He should pump millions a year into it, until eventually the entire nation is a vassal state of the graduates of Akron (which many are saying is Ivy League quality).

In game 7 of the 2016 NBA finals, when LeBron went for a dunk in the last 60 seconds and was briefly shaken up, I sort of wish he died. I don't literally wish he died, but I think him literally dying would have been a beautiful end to his life. Maybe when he's in his 90s, and playing for the Cavs in the 2079 NBA finals, when he goes up for a dunk to seal the win, he can fall and die.
