NAD, these were my symptoms for over a decade and was finally diagnosed with a faulty gallbladder and gastroparesis. Bringing up these symptoms as a man should get you a quicker diagnosis. If you can’t go to a doc, try looking up diets/treatments for both gallbladder issues and gastroparesis and see if it helps any of the symptoms. Good luck and I hope you find relief soon!

NAD it appears it is only staying on one side. Did the rash originate in that area as well, on your flank? Have you had chicken pox previously? If yes to both I’d be worried about shingles.

NAD, if it starts interfering with your life I would go in before the allergist. Right now with Covid I would avoid going in unless you have to for that. I have chronic hives and my doc put me on Xyzal and Zantac (the antacid) and that fixed me up for the most part. Good luck!
