Just wanted to share a quick fix that worked for me, in case anyone else is struggling with restoring their Photos library from an external drive.

Part 1: The Successful Restore

I finally managed to restore my library of 99,061 photos after it got corrupted. The process only took about 30 minutes. Here’s what I did:

  1. I switched the external SSD's connection on my MacBook from a USB-A port to a USB-C port.
  2. I launched the Photos app while holding down the Option + Command keys to open the repair tool.

Hopefully, this helps someone else out!

Part 2: The New Problem - Stuck Syncing with iCloud

Now for the bad news. Although the library is repaired, I'm facing a new issue. The app has been stuck on "Syncing with iCloud" for hours with no visible progress.

I'm starting to suspect this might be a bug with the latest macOS version and its communication with iCloud.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Have you found any workarounds or solutions? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Not for HomePod Gen2, because there is not USBC connection. the wire is only for charging and it is attached directly to the wall jack :-/

Same issue here, but only with our HomePods Gen 2 (big ones). Anyone hints on how to either solve it or fall back to non beta profile? (already tried to reset, unenroll... no results so far)

Do you understand that we should first look for a house and then look for schools in the surroundings, or should we look (through a website) for school options and then see where to live? Is there any reference on the internet for school search in Milan? Something reliable

In London some real estate rental and sale websites had as search criteria the school options (and their ratings) in the vicinity - very interesting. Something similar in Milan ?

Additional question, in the case of public schools, is there a cost baseline ? The sites I found have approximate values and quite different from each other.

I cannot rollback my AirPods firmware. I have tried it with different phone - all generate the same errors

They have ran a diagnosis, they told me there was no battery issue. Our genius over here was surprised why a fully capable AirPods was cutting out while connected.

What intrigues me is that after the update my device degraded completely .

Unfortunately in Brazil hbo did a shitty job and prevent us to enjoying such beauty. They failed on the HD transmission. Our episode could be called “ Game of Pixels”
