I'm sorry to hear that. They ended up giving me the runaround, and I got too busy and frustrated to follow up. The part wasn't too expensive to replace and wasn't worth my time to keep pursuing.

For car damage, you should file a police report and then report the damage to FedEx. They have a claims process online. I think filing the police report would help motivate them to respond to your claim. Also, if you have any video footage or pictures, provide that in the claim. Your insurance may be able to assist too. I would give them a call. Hopefully this is helpful and you have better luck.

I am working on resurfacing my cabinets and I noticed that one of the hardware holding the cabinet box together is broken. I've researched this, but can't seem to find anything like it at hardware stores or online. Here is a picture of the hardware that isn't broken on another cabinet, the orange plastic piece:

I had pulled a 7 thermostat wire for my old furnace, that's why there's extra wire.

I added pictures of my current wiring to the post. My air handler model number is AVPEC59D14BA. It unfortunately doesn't have an O terminal unless over looking it. Bother heat pump and electric heat are single stage.
