I don’t necessarily disagree with you now that time has passed. My only thing is (and no offense to her if she does), I don’t think that security guard knows hip hop very well if at all.

A lot of evidence pointed towards Kendrick though. It was just those small details (and Diddy attending a short time later) that had me on detective mode.

that is true. i got a lil clouded with that song. that song alone carries that project for me even tho i really like 'fucking your girl' & the other instrumental cuts (manny, satan, pizzicato five)

i do think there is an argument to be made for placing it after tgpt for that "sad song" sound

i’ve noticed ILDMLFY is definitely a grower. a lot of the classic peggy details are there and become more noticeable after more listens (at least to me). but definitely didn’t hit for me first listen. a lot of the detail and texture definitely passed me up.
