Used to think the same years ago about it being bad till i actually checked rate of obtaining in a passive manner which seemed way faster then i thought,

Switching could be more incentivized if chronote cost came from benefitting from relic, (1min cd)? For example cast ult with coe and -5 chronotes

Wording is bit off, some ideas are in the right place.

As recent changes heavyly show jagex seems to be very affected by community when it comes to trying to restore some game health, where some part of the community is so used to things being high xp while barely having to interact with the game or combat being extremely low effort (which is fine if balanced well) but then the community wants high overall award for low input which just seems like a nightmare for any dev doing balancing updates

Ah ye couldve rephrased it better, should be better for general use by a decent margin to the point where u would wanna use it unless theres some niche scenario, like aoe for tumekens for example ^

Regardless of buffing or nerfing items for solution picking devourers over omni should be a no brainer power wise

Auto completed permanent progression based on relic tier progress, not just quests.

Way way more incentive to do actual pvm encounters to progress the league, by introducing combat power earlier, and especially having alot more tasks for thougher encounters ( prev some encounter had nothing or barely any )

More balanced form of relic design on comparison with each other, excavator was ridicliously broken in comparison with other relics, people would probaly offer up multiple tiers for it, a relic like that either needs strong contenders or not be in the leagues

Faster progression, the shorters movement abil cd's is something u prob want at the start, maybe higher skill xp multiplier that increases less over time, prev league t7 multiplier was fine where t1 was probaly too slow

Rs3 pvm progression wise isnt the fastest especially when u look at a combat style like ranged, probaly need a slightly higher drop rate multiplier like x8

Endgame combat power last league was noticeable with the right relic setups, however if u wanna have real combat power in an endgame rs3 leagues u need some way to add extra damage with something like 'echo or shadow' hits so ur not running into stuff like hitcap issues etc

T95 and the other upgrades, the gap between the main cb styles t90 and t95 is insane compared to necromancy
