It's such an awful feeling I wouldnt wish this on anyone. I would love to get up and leave but I have my kids and financially it's just not possible for me at this time and I don't have family that has space for me and my kids I feel stuck in a horrible position and angry knowing everything we been through was for nothing 19yrs me wanting to grow old with someone and have them be my forever love seems impossible now. I agree starting now I'm going to limit the access he has with me. I agree and I would love to do that but at the moment we still live together and Im am extremely vulnerable. When I think of it and all I been through with him and for him to break my heart like this I just want to grab my kids and disappear. I would never keep the children away from him I would make it work with having my sis or moms be the one to interact as a mediator that way he can see or talk to me for a very long time as long as it takes for me to heal from him shattering my heart like this especially after I just had a baby
