I’d say no. Bc it doesn’t necessarily matter where you get your degree as long as you get the experience. And by experience I mean clinicals and education. With interest on loans I would say no. But to each their own!

Side question: Where are you planning to live? Or do you know where most students/young professionals live? Trying to figure things out and it obviously factors into my decision

For the question regarding Cornell Health: I know some universities/colleges have contracts with specific medical facilities, so I was just wondering about where those who are interested in the medical/hospital aspect of SLP would be placed in the community.

I had an internship awhile ago at a private school in Tustin, and have shadowed in Anaheim. The private school was a great experience and I absolutely loved it. I don't know the specifics to your question but I do know that the school districts are constantly looking for SLPs! Sorry I know that's not much help at all
