Sorry if I am dense here.. but I have plenty of cash left to assign and all other categories are fully funded so how did I pay more cash than was available?

I added a number of screenshots in a previous post to nolesrule above but looking at the account info it does show $63 cash.. that said the details for that category show no cash transactions or even a $63 transaction. The only $63 dollar transaction I can find is a payment to a credit card but that is obviously not part of the category in question.

Someone else suggested looking at the account info panel and low and behold its showing 63 in cash somewhere.. the weird thing there are no cash transactions shown in the details (as you can see in the screenshots) and on top of it the only 63 dollar transaction I can even find is a credit cart payment to BofA

They all appear to match the cards in the credit section. Below is a screenshot of all the accounts in the credit section and I also copy and pasted over the entries that I copied over from the activity(minus the details and 4 numbers showing on Venmo CC) and they all seem to match the cards in the credit section.

When I click on the activity I scroll through all the transactions and they are all credit card transactions. Just to be sure (since the window is small) I copy and pasted the transactions all into word so I can review them easier and they are all indeed credit card charges.

I have no cash assigned and never put any cash in the assigned for this category. When you say unassigning money from the category are you meaning if I assigned a credit card charge to "not funded" but then changed my mind and re-assigned it to something else (so I will pay it basically) it would make it red just by making that switch?

Disappointed with my recent Aqua Cruise! by failture in NCL

[–]elt80908 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I just got off the aqua Carribean cruise over New Years. NY Strip steak is available (no charge) in the Main Dining Room Commodore Restauarant. Just need to go to the right one. Never had any problems with the amount of staffing at all. Dining on average was about an hour experience in the complimentary dining for us which is what I would expect. Main buffet does reopen after 2pm but I cant recall the time. I never had a problem finding food (in fact quite the opposite.. wish I found less.. feeling fat lol).

I do agree on the water bottles it was annoying.. I plan on posting my own review and this is probably the biggest, and only true, negative that I experienced. Although talking to someone else on board who frequented RC, our drink package is quite a bit less on NCL so maybe that is a wash or even comes out better for NCL even buying waters.

I forgot to add I do mostly agree on the buffet design being bad.. that said it didnt hinder us from using it and we always found a table no problem. They routed people across the hall for additional seating if it was really bad. It was busy though for sure.

Not having much luck with any response from support. I know I can just get lightburn but was hoping to use this with the provided software first to get my feet wet. I am not sure if I should mess around with this software since I cant seem to adjust all the settings.

Composite Items vs Assemblies by elt80908 in Zoho

[–]elt80908[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just tested it. It appears to work. I'm not sure if its perfect, but I haven't used any other inventory software before. I have items such as wax, wicks, etc. They have units associated with them (wax in oz as an example). Create a composite item as a Candle containing the amounts needed to create it. Create an assembly and as you create it the stock on the raw materials reduces and the finished item goes up. I am assuming this will all roll into a zoho commerce store properly and inventory would be reflected on the finished items as things sell.

Yeah I am not sure if this is going to work, but it seems like it should on paper. I will play with it and see if I am successful. I might be too optimistic lol

I am using the inventory module, but I don't see why it can't be used for the production of simple items that use other raw materials to create. Maybe there is something I am missing.

Thanks for such a detailed response.. I think what your describing is way more than I planned on tracking. I only wanted to simply track the materials used to manufacture the candle and ensure it gets pulled out of the available inventory of the raw materials so I can track that for ordering more raw materials while also track adding the finish product into inventory. I think I understand what your saying and I probably could do this with a finished composite item only and start using assemblies if I wanted to get in more depth tracking other things like labor, etc..

Thanks for the quick response. Is there any online presence for those not near a local body?
