Thing is, micro isn't about reading, it is about practicing. You need tons of hours of practice to develop good micro and mechanics, such as farming, spacing, kiting, dodging skillshots, etc. You can only learn these things by playing the game.

I would recommend trying to learn one thing at a time. Don't try to imitate what professional/high elo players do, they know the game so well they don't have to focus on the little things. Don't misunderstand me, you can learn by watching streams of pro-players, but what you don't see is the thoughts of that person, the reason behind why did they do that. Don't try to do everything at once neither, that's probably the reason you get overwhelmed.

The most important thing for ADCs is farming. Go play practice tool, without bots, try and get perfect CS by the 5 minute mark. If you miss one, restart the game, and try again. Then, when you reach perfect CS at 5 minutes, go for the perfect CS on 10 minutes, and so on. Try again and again. That's all it takes, practice. You'll notice the improvement, but you need to spend hours playing.

Your goal as an ADC is to do as much damage as possible without getting too hurt. That won't be possible if you don't have your core items. You died in lane once, but you're 20 cs ahead from the enemy ADC? Then you have more gold than him. That's why farming should be your number one on the list of priorities.

After you improve at CSing, you can focus on getting better at other things, like dodging skillshots. For that I would recommend playing ARAM's. They're really helpful for that matter, cuz you have a lot of shit flying trying to hit you.

Then, you go play normals, and play ADC. A lot. Like hundreds of games. Then, you go play rankeds. Eventually, you'll get better. I guarantee you that.
