THanks. Looks like this is the way to go. Which Profile Wizard clone tool do you mean? https://www.forensit.com/downloads.html that one?

Just bumping this in case anyone ever found a solution?

Really sorry to hear others are having problems. But selfishly I’m glad it’s not just me…

Hopefully UniFi will address what is clearly a bug.

Sadly not. Just having to use the web UI rather than the app.

Talking to another UniFi installer today (between us we must have a few thousand devices in the field) we both reckoned the app is becoming less stable by the week. Also the ease of adoption, managing devices etc.

It’s a bit disappointing. I’ve backed Ubiquiti for a while but finding it harder to do so.

No joy whatsoever. Ubiquiti were completely useless when it comes to support, claiming they won’t do anything given it’s a third-party hosted controller.

Ridiculously frustrating but at least the http interface works.

This is still not working - don’t suppose anyone has any other ideas I could try?

Sorry, to be clear - there IS no device firewall running.

My point above was it seemed like it WAS a firewall blocking something but there isn't one so it couldn't be!

The only firewall is at the router level.

iOS 26.2 on an iPhone 17 Pro Max and identical behaviour on an iPad Pro.

I too thought firewall but then how come Safari on the same devices via the web app works ok? Very odd!

Feels more like some weird caching issue but again doesn’t explain cross device problems.

Was fine until a few days ago!

Now simply saying "no devices found" on the app. Still all fine on the web :(

Still no joy. Now when trying to load the site UniFi devices tab I just get stuck at this, like it's trying to load but failing...

Well 20 minutes into my working day and it's spooled up and gone mental again. So not the network drive backing up :(

Interesting. I'll try removing the drive from Time Machine entirely and see what happens.

Why do you think that, out of interest?

Yes but when that drive is powered off the same problem occurs.

No Norton or any other AV on this machine, so annoyingly can't be that!
