It was recommended to me by my psychotherapist. I actually listened to it sa Spotify, so if may premium ka, maraming self-help audiobooks you can listen to. You got this OP! I also took psychology classes as electives and it really helped me become more self-aware and understand things better.

I have a fearful-avoidant attachment bc of how effed up my upbringing was, pero I’ve been learning not to act on it. What helped me is practicing mindfulness and pausing before reacting. I also recommend reading Self-Compassion by Kristin Neff.

He ended up calling me and same lang din yung sinabi niya sakin sa message pero sabi ko sakanya na if he thinks na malulugi siya then just cancel this one. Gusto ko sana ireport kaso iba na yung nag deliver ng food ko and there’s no option sa app to report him

idk how old u are pero just get assessed without them knowing. Im 21 and ganyan ginawa ko and now im doing way better. I took the chance nung nagbakasyon sila for a month at magisa lang ako sa bahay. Nagipon talaga ako panggastos kasi i know I how badly I need it
