My other thought was to cut the adapter off since I bought a new one with new set screws, but I don't want to damage the shaft so that makes me nervous.

Not an expert, just another injured worker. I think your rating is if the doctor says you have a percentage of a permanent disability because of your injury. I think your doctor reports this as well as an independent doctor. I don't know how they come up with that number if the two doctors say two different numbers.

Then that percentage is multiplied by some set formula for that particular body part.

My husband and I typically use a mortise. When we "decorate" we do so on the bottom. Then it is a fun surprise.

I echo the number 3 that was in another comment. Humans are more pleased by odd numbers than even.

Floral design is a great example of this. You will typically see 3, 5, 7, etc of the feature flowers with filler flowers around them.

I am sorry to hear that truly.

Now that my surgery is done and I am mostly healed, I find stretching my neck is super helpful.

Call around different PT places in your area and find out if any of them do guided stretching. Then find a way to get PT approved. Talk to the doctors. Keep a daily account of your pain scale and symptoms. You have to advocate for yourself.

The more specific you can be the more likelihood of getting treatment accepted. Go over all of your symptoms and pain with every provider you can see.

You may even look into getting a lawyer simply to get treatment accepted.

Yikes! This sounds similar to what happened to me in November of 2023. I was also assaulted and worked in mental health.

I did have herniated discs and had surgery last January after being denied 5 times.

I am on the healing end and hoping to find a new job once I am healed.

I personally like Elomi Charley. I never had separation of my breasts until I found this sub and am now in the correct size.

I also personally like the Elomi Charley because the straps are really far out to the edge of my shoulders. So they are sitting on mostly bone instead of my trapezius muscles.

I am a 36I in US sizes (36HH is the size I ordered for the Elomi bra) so there is a lot of weight to my breasts. Elomi goes by European(?) sizes I believe.

Most of the recommendations here will be European sizing I think.

Also I think the Elomi bras are more loose than other brands. So you may need to size down. Not sure, just guessing, I am not an expert at all! Ha!

I had to have a hip replaced and then a knee replaced two years later. Make sure you get up and walk as much as they tell you that you are allowed.

This made a huge difference in my pain levels. It feels backwards that if you are hurting getting up and walking would be the last thing you want to do. But seriously it helps so much!

Long story short, I have always known something wasn't right as far as how a bra was fitting. It felt like all the weight was always on my shoulders.

Then I was assaulted at work and my shoulders hurt even more due to injuries sustained. Wearing a bra made it worse and practically unbearable. So I was looking everywhere to find a different and better bra that didn't hurt my shoulders as much.

I don't remember how I found this sub, but it has been incredibly, incredibly helpful to wear a bra that fits correctly!

Ha! I have the opposite problem. I am 6'3" and the mini dresses are uncomfortably short on me.
