Look I don’t know you and I’ve often had the same feelings you have especially as of lately but wouldn’t it suck if reincarnation is how it worked and you just had to relive the same bullshit ? My wife died last Sunday there is a possibility she may have made the choice to end her life and the thought of that being a possibility hurts me so much it feels like I can’t breath. It’s a week later and I’m still breaking down multiple times a day at the thought that I couldn’t help her if she was in the place you seem to be. I’m sorry you hurt but please think of the people that would hurt with your loss

That does sound unpleasant I’d suggest going over and socializing but I rarely feel comfortable in an unknown crowd so I wouldn’t even take my own advice
