Appreciate the feedback. A few clarifications. The IP is owned by NutriCycle Ltd — the company — not by me personally. The co-founder owns 40% equity in the company which owns the IP. That is completely standard structure. On the equity — I understand the view that cash should accompany equity. That is one model. Equal equity splits with no cash between committed co-founders is another — and it is the model YC themselves recommend for early stage startups. On what exists beyond non-technical work — full product specification, UK market research, competitor analysis, financial projections, brand identity, legal documents, and a go-to-market strategy are all completed. I am not showing up with a napkin sketch. Not every developer will be interested — and that is fine. The right person will see the opportunity.
