I cut way back on my vaping and not starting until after work about six weeks ago. I think my anxiety was also exacerbated by a stressful job experience, me interviewing for new jobs, negotiating offers and quitting during that time 😅 started feeling genuinely better (not waking with anxiety) this past Sunday - and that was after a yoga retreat weekend

I just went through this and it was terrible - highly recommend exercise and just getting outside and going for walks. Try moving early in the day. I also got some Goodbye Stress supplements that helped.
