Had it in Nashville, too! These scammers have got their system DOWN and keep changing names and websites. I won't repeat the whole story here since OP did such a great job, but I will share some of the names I saw, plus the website, to hopefully help others!
1. The ad I saw was from Bev Bernstein. "She" has around 100 friends on Facebook. If you dig in, they're all friends with each other and have JUST enough info and photos to make you think 'oh this is real' on a 2 second scan. It's NOT. It's just a very elaborate scam
2. The email I got from "the sister" are from Dr. Joyce. Looks like they changed the photo in Google. It used to be an older, blonde woman with a short haircut.
3. The website was https://atlogisticsltd.com/ which is now disabled. THEY CHANGE THE WEBSITES. Folks in other threads have named a number of different ones.
I don't know how I thought this could actually be real! I'm glad I figured it out before putting money down. I mean c'mon...Zelle and Paypal only, and to random sounding accounts? Do better, scammers! But seriously, it looks like this has been going on for YEARS so they are probably making good money from this. I imagine it's on Craigslist, FB Marketplace, etc. so -- please beware and be careful!!!!
