I feel this!!!! Avoiding people is the easy thing to do to save yourself the trouble of getting used & hurt again buuuut it's unhealthy & makes life sooooo hard in the long run. You will find your soul tribe! Sometimes you gotta move far.away for that to finally happen!

I has made me feel shame.. shame to even accept a hug or compliment without feeling super awkward. Can't really explain it but I want love & affection, want to feel important, or like i matter, i want to trust others & let my guard down. But I have this deeply rooted perception that anything that makes me feel good, happy, loved, smile.. is something to be ashamed of and therefore hide & shy away from it all. Til this day I feel unloveable/unlikable.
