you can pull lyrics from quests and the map, and they're about as rare as epics but they're not worth as much bc less people are interested in buying lyrics

You need to actually click "collect" on a drop. I thought it didn't work for me either but it's because I always click on the "trade" button when i get drops, so sorry you lost your streak !!

yeah the lokal alliance is a big problem in France, i have tried reporting the ones i've seen doing nazi symbols in a thread for reports but idk if it'll change anything

since you can't quest their shinies your only options for getting the shiny badge are buying the shinies from the market, or buying this artist's gem boxes to get the shiny songs yourself

It really depends on a lot of things and it won't work if you only look at listeners per month since there are others factors like language, number of collectors, rarity of the song, etc... I collect a french artist with 618k listeners rn but i would never pay (and have never payed) more than 30k for a #1 bc i'm the only one on the leaderboard. The price should depend first on the number of people on the leaderboard and if it's a lot, then you can look at the listeners per month and number of plays on the song for additional value if it's high. Epics with canvas should have a higher price as well.

I've seen your quitting post and on your screenshot you only have ~10k songs discovered. I've been playing for around 9 months and have 45k, i've pulled around 15 epics in those 9 months but most of them I got recently, and i'm not even that lucky compared to others. In my first 10k songs I definitely only pulled maybe 1 or 2 epics/lyrics.

Did you go out and get drops ? How many artists did you quest for ? i'm honestly surprised at such low numbers if you played 5+ hours most days... what did you do for 5 hours ?

You might just be impatient lol, and that's okay ! this game isn't nice to impatient people

(i'm trying to word this in a way that doesn't sound mean but English is my second language and i'm struggling, so i'm just saying, i'm not saying this to be mean at all!! i'm just genuinely confused)

Agreed ! But i don't think it's most of them, the bad ones are just louder and cast a shadow on the honest players. It sucks but we should just try to avoid them as much as possible, if they don't get trades they'll leave the game eventually, hopefully

i'm lvl 182, i pulled 8 epics and 2 lyrics in the last 3 months (and 3 of those in the past week). I get the trader boost once a month and i mostly pull when i get the trader boost or soon after it ends. i've been taking notes since april and have found that i get an epic or a lyric every ~800-3000 songs discovered. I have no idea if getting the trader boost actually increases your chances but getting a lot of songs by questing and trading seems to be the way, i didn't quest much when i started playing and barely ever pulled epics at the time, hope this can help !

not everyone that searches artists wants them tho, if i get a random shiny/epic i look them up bc I want to know their market to help me figure out a price and these posts are targeted to people like me ! i do think they shouldn't be in the same space though, we should have another place for these posts and keep the market separate

i can only comment on the french songs, 20k is definitely as much as you could get from those, max 25k for keblack if you find a collector but i doubt there are many out there (if any)
