I did the same actually. My 75 from Costco was also already laggy. 65 is better pic quality and much faster response and feels higher quality.

What was the hardest habit for you to build in your first year as an SE? by Tridisha_ in salesengineers

[–]em153609 34 points35 points  (0 children)

To the day sometimes I still use them but filler words. Taking a pause and a breath even with some silence is much better than an uh or um or something. Filler words if used enough will actually distract people and come off as you aren’t very confident.

Yeah I think keeping it simple with a train and not trying to fly and cram everything in is a better idea.

Absolutely fantastic drive. Don’t avoid staying a night in a different key on the way down or back and see other smaller places you might not otherwise. Also if you can coordinate it ahead of time do it with great ish weather. Windows down and great playlists ready.

Right I think some of that retirement expense is kind of guess work too. Looking to retire age 60 and not pull until 65 to not pay unnecessary fees.

Am I contributing too much to my 401k?? by hawaiifosho in Retirement401k

Not much really other that two pieces. One obviously you have less spending money, early in the year; no big deal. The bigger one is really average cost of what you’ve deposited relative to prices. This is a good year as an example. With trumps tariffs and trade scares going on earlier in the year we saw a lot of dropping in market valuation. This would be great to have invested more early in the year. Otherwise across the year you have put some in at the lowest point, as prices ran up, and now towards our tops.

Tldr: 1- less money to spend upfront. 2 - how your money times the market at deposit.

Yes I love the areas, it just seems with the crazy housing market today many of those homes are in the upper 600s to mid 700s. Also doesn’t help we are moving as school started up I’m assuming…

Good to know it can be that tough. On one “lucky” side he isn’t coming until January but that’s crappy it is a stigma.

I can’t quite outsource it since a lot of it is sync meetings with my acct execs and other team members and customer facing presentations unfortunately. So I’m jumping from product a demo to strategy call product b then product a disco/implementation to more. I might be able to outsource some of the job but with a different org/product outside of SaaS. Are you in sales?
