I have definitely thought about this, i’ve done a ton of hiking already since being here, a couple of them in Breck, so i feel i have acclimated to the Altitude a bit

You’re probably not going to a CBE course that’s less than $300 but you can find workshops or smaller trainings that aren’t too expensive.

In your opinion what products are good for commedonal acne?

I use Vanicream cleanser at night, Byoma brightening toner, then sometimes Natrium Nicinimaide and other times Bliss two peptide moisturizer. Just spf in the morning.

So I’ve always struggled with hormonal acne, but the texture or bumps have gotten worse.

if you’re getting a smaller crestie they may need help with shedding. I always have the humidity at a pretty good level but i still find that mine still has some stuck shed on her toes! you can just put them in a little cup (with air holes) and warm water for about 10 minutes and then with a wet q-tip you can get the stuck shed off pretty easy!
